New Pumpout Nozzle with Splash Guard
New Bedford, MA, USA – Pumping out a boat’s holding tank has now been made easier and safer with Edson’s new Suction Pump Out Nozzle with Splash Guard. Edson’s pump out nozzle incorporates a unique splash guard flange molded to a redesigned nozzle tip. The suction cup-like splash guard not only secures a 4” area around the nozzle, it also aids in providing an air tight hose-to-waste deck fitting connection with little effort on the part of the operator. The redesigned tip for this new nozzle is tapered to fit all waste deck fittings with openings from 1-3/8” (3.5cm) to 2-1/8” (5.4cm). Whether the deck fitting is Metric, BP or NP, this nozzle will work. Made of molded neoprene, the part is extremely durable while maintaining the flexibility required for air tight seals. The Edson New Pump Out Suction Nozzle is available in three versions: a Male 1-1/2” Quick Clamp Adapter for Edson’s interchangeable pump out hose adapter system (#272QC-150-SG), a 1-1/2” Male NPT Threaded Adapter (#272TH-150-SG) or a 1-1/2” Hose Barb Adapter for permanent connection to a Pump Out Hose (#272HB-150-SG). All three versions carry a suggested retail price of $44.00.
