July 2006 - New Bedford, MA, USA – Edson’s latest addition to their popular PowerWheel line is the new 13" Cast Bronze version. It has all the features that make Edson’s popular Stainless PowerWheels a ‘must-have’ among builders and boaters alike, including Edson’s classic three-spoke design, one-piece cast construction with no welds, secure molded-in finger grips, precision-machned hub for a secure fit, and a highly polished finish.

Edson’s new Bronze PowerWheel is available in 13" diameter and is sure to dress up any boat - especially a classic sportfish or wooden runabout. Solid cast bronze construction is highly polished to a mirror finish, giving a deep, rich golden glow, which will turn to a classic patina if left unpolished. An Edson Signature Brass Wheel Nut with inserts for 1/2"-20 and 5/8"-18 threads to fit most powerboat steering shafts is also included.

The Edson Bronze PowerWheel will also accommodate Edson’s most popular accessory, the PowerKnob, available in complimenting Gold, Teak or Stainless. Edson’s PowerKnobs bolt or strap to nearly any wheel rim and provide quick, one-handed turning while turning, backing down or maneuvering it tight quarters. The ball-bearing design and 25 year warranty will provide years of effortless control.
