Edson’s
new patent-pending ACCESS™ Wheel provides convenient
mobility through the boat’s cockpit, providing much
desired access while moving fore and aft, from companionway
to swim ladder, without having to step up on the cockpit
seats to walk around a standard large diameter wheel.

The
ACCESS™ Wheel also gives critical access and visibility
to pedestal mounted instruments, displays and engine controls,
eliminating the need to reach through wheel spokes to access
the boats navigation and control systems.
Each
wheel hub is provided with two keyway locations, enabling
the wheel to be mounted with either the short side or the
traditional “round” side up while sailing. The
wheel is simply turned to the side while at dock or anchor
to allow access around the pedestal.
All
ACCESS Wheels come standard with Gray Leather Comfort Grip
rim covers and are available in 36" to 48" diameters.ACCESS
