Satin-Finish ComfortGrip™ Power Wheel
Edson’s newest power wheel is cast as a single piece in 316 Stainless – with no welds or sharp edges. The wheel is then put through a water-blast process that gives the silky satin finish. They are available with a standard 3/4” tapered hub to fit most popular powerboat helms. As with all of Edson’s ComfortGrip models, this new wheel features Edson’s unique elastomer finger grip inserts, providing precise control and the ultimate in comfort. The finger grip inserts, located on the underside of the wheel rim, have a smooth, ergonomic shape, are soft to the touch and provide additional grip for quick maneuvering and control. Edson’s highly popular ProSeries or ComfortGrip™ PowerKnobs® are also available as an option. Bolted directly to the wheel rim, Edson PowerKnobs benefit the boater by aiding in maneuvering in tight quarters. They also allows fast action when backing down on a fish or into a slip.
